Petal Porcelain Dip is water based and milky, but dries clear. It gives body and stiffness to fabric.
Turn you silk flowers and ribbons info decorations, that look and almost feel like Porcelain.
It also adheres your silk flowers to the project you are decorating.
Instructions:
Dip silk flowers, bows and trims into petal porcelain
Squeeze off excess
Arrange flowers and trims on project, allow to dry.
Spray entire project with white or cream aerosol paint.
Paint flowers and leaves with Heritage Craft Colour or Student Acrylic
Glaze project with star varnish spray
